This approach ensures schools can utilise our state-of-the-art classrooms through their OP EX budgets without compromising on non-compliant finance structures. This means that sustainable education can be both accessible and budget-friendly. Our classrooms are currently the best value solution of their kind in the country. We offer options to either purchase a classroom outright or on a CaaS basis.
If C-a-a-S is the option for you, it includes:
- Annual PAT testing
- Annual redecoration
- Annual Heat Pump and Ventilation Servicing
- Remote proactive maintenance by BGR
- Renewed flooring every 5 years
- Renewed Air Source Heat Pump and Mechanical Ventilation Unit every 7 years
If a customer chooses to purchase a classroom outright, BGR offers an optional standalone service charge to include all the above.
